We are pleased about your interest in our website. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we inform you in detail about the handling of your data.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. When you access a website, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access.
This access data is evaluated solely to ensure the smooth operation of the site and to improve our offerings. This serves, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, to safeguard our legitimate interests in a proper representation of our offering in the context of a balancing of interests. All access data will be deleted at the latest seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing and Contacting Us
We collect personal data when you provide it to us voluntarily in the context of your order or when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we need the data in these cases to process the contract or to handle your inquiry, and you cannot submit the order or contact us without providing this information. The data collected is evident from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing and handling your inquiries. If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR by opting for the creation of a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account. After the complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiration of tax and commercial retention periods unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data or we reserve a further data use that is legally permissible and of which we inform you in this statement. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be carried out either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a designated function in the customer account.
3. Data Transfer
To fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we will share your data with the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we will share the payment data collected for this purpose with the bank responsible for the payment and, if applicable, the payment service providers we have commissioned or the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, provided that you create an account there. In this case, you will need to log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies in this regard.
The same applies to the transfer of data to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they handle the shipping for us (drop shipping).
Data Transfer to Shipping Service Providers
If you have expressly consented to us during or after your order, we will pass on your email address and phone number to the selected shipping service provider, so that they can contact you for delivery announcements or coordination before delivery.
You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address provided below. After revocation, we will delete your data provided for this purpose unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve a further data use that is legally permissible and of which we inform you in this statement.

Data Transfer for Age Verification
If your order includes goods that are subject to age restrictions, we ensure that the orderer has reached the required minimum age by using a reliable procedure involving personal identity and age verification. For this purpose, we use the SCHUFA Identity Check on our website. This service is operated by SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden.
To ensure the required minimum age, certain personal data (e.g., name, address, and date of birth) will be transmitted to SCHUFA Holding AG. An identity check with Q-Bit is then conducted, which has been positively assessed by the Commission for Youth Media Protection (KJM) for age verification. The data transmission serves in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR to safeguard our predominant legitimate interests in ensuring a compliance with youth protection laws and in adhering to the legal provisions for youth protection.
No credit check will take place in this respect.
After the complete processing of the contract and after the expiration of tax and commercial retention periods, your data processed for this purpose will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve a further data use that is legally permissible and of which we inform you in this statement.
4. Email Newsletter
Email Advertising with Newsletter Registration
If you register for our newsletter, we will use the data required for this or separately provided by you to send you our email newsletter regularly based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a designated link in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve a further data use that is legally permissible and of which we inform you in this statement.
5. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
To display our Trusted Shops quality seal and the collected ratings, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order, the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated into this website.
This serves to safeguard our predominant legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offering in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne.
When calling up the Trustbadge, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. This access data is not evaluated and will be automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
Further personal data will only be transferred to Trusted Shops if you have given your consent, if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after placing an order, or if you are already registered for use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
